Shipping Policy

At CLAST our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to lots of customers across the Australia, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

FAST Dispatch

Products with FAST Dispatch badge are physically available in Clast Sydney. These orders are packed and processed for shipment in same-day and ready for same day shipping once your payment has been completed.

IN Stock 

In Stocks products are physically available in our warehouse. These orders are packed and processed for shipment in one business day in our warehouse and ready for delivery 2-3 business days.

• Subject to you complying with these Terms and acceptance of your order by CLAST, we will sell and supply the products to you as shown on your order confirmation.
• Products may not be available for immediate delivery. CLAST will endeavour to deliver your order to you within ten (10) days of the date you placed your order.
• If CLAST gives you notice that it will be unable to deliver your order within 10 business days of receipt of your order, due to lack of stock, you may cancel your order without charge, and CLAST will arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you to be processed.

Delivery by Australia Post (Register Post)

Delivery is by Australia Post Regular service and delivery is as per their schedule and is not controlled or estimated by us and commences from the time of pick up and maybe subject to delays from causes beyond our control.

• On acceptance of your order by CLAST, your order will be dispatched to your specified delivery address generally within 2-3 business days of the date you placed your order. Delivery time depends on geographical distance from our Store.
• The terms of this clause apply where you select to have your goods delivered to a specified address.
• The delivery address must be an address within Australia and cannot be a freight forwarding location.
• We do not deliver overseas.
• All deliveries require a signature, an "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• You will be required to be available in person to accept delivery of your order.
• If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card. Your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection.
• Allowing a delivery to be left at an unattended address by you through your local post office voids all recourse you may have had with.
• If you order large or bulky items, CLAST will contact you by telephone or email to arrange with you a suitable time for delivery.
• If you wish to change the delivery date or delivery address you must contact CLAST at least 48 hours prior to the dispatch of your order.
• CLAST cannot and will not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by our third party delivery contractor.
• Without exception, once delivery has been taken your order becomes your sole responsibility.

Delivery costs

• The delivery cost is either $15.50 or $20.50 based on Australia Post Standard or Express Post.
• Additional charges may apply for larger parcels.
• Recipient’s signature is required on delivery.
